WHAT IS S.H.R.E.D ALL ABOUT?

We Live To Help Train You

The SHRED program is an Instructor based, eight week, six a week, competition based exercise program!  It includes weight training, functional movements, lots of cardiovascular training and kickboxing!

  • We have an orientation before each session

  • We use the physical assessments done at orientation to track your progress

  • We take before and after photos

  • Involves nutritional support and yoga for injury prevention and overall wellness
