We Live To Help Train You
The SHRED program is an Instructor based, eight week, six a week, competition based exercise program! It includes weight training, functional movements, lots of cardiovascular training and kickboxing!
We have an orientation before each session
We use the physical assessments done at orientation to track your progress
We take before and after photos
Involves nutritional support and yoga for injury prevention and overall wellness
